There is ample street parking on both 7th St S and 8th St S and the Fargo Parks lot is available to use weekdays after 4:30pm and weekends at anytime.
The alley is available for loading and unloading parking only.
If you need additional parking the law office neighboring us to the West will allow patrons after hours for a small fee.

Your access code will allow you entrance into the building 30 minutes prior to your event booking and will remain valid for 30 minutes after your event. If you need additional time to set up or tear down you will need to extend your booking times.

In order to offer you the best prices possible we ask that you leave the space as it was found. Please remove all items brought in (including refrigerator/freezer items), please bring all garbage (including bathrooms) & recyclables to the bins in the back alley. Load and run the dishwasher, wash any other used dishes.
If you choose not to clean, or the venue was left excessively dirty, your deposit will be used towards a cleaning service.

Per North Dakota Department of Health, all food must come from a licensed caterer. We work solely with Brew Catering who will be happy to work with you to create the perfect menu for your event. All alcoholic beverages must also be served by a licensed caterer in which we work exclusively with the Boiler Room.
We have contracts in place with each business, they know the location, the set up, our rules & guidelines, etc. We have worked with others in the past and have found the process to not work as seamless so for this reason, we now have this rule in place.

We do not have staff onsite. However, we will monitor the cameras and be a phone call away should anyone need anything. You will have contactless entrance & a welcome book upon arrival.
