Exposed brick, restored hard wood floors and an abundance of natural light make 716 on Main the ideal venue for your next event. 716 on Main is a fully furnished event venue with space to accommodate groups of up to 94 guests. The venue is composed of a spacious main room that has a full kitchen, a bar area & two large restrooms. In addition to the indoor space, the venue also features a double-tiered patio & street level courtyard space.
Booking with us is easy. Once we confirm your date and time and receive a deposit, we will send you a confirmation email that includes a door access code to let you into our space. Feel free to rearrange furniture as you please, bring in your own decor, etc.

There is ample street parking on both 7th St S and 8th St S as well as a couple of spaces in front of the building on Main Ave.
The alley is available for loading and unloading parking only.
If you need additional parking the law office neighboring us to the West will allow patrons after hours for a small fee.

Your access code will allow you entrance into the building 30 minutes prior to your event booking and will remain valid for 30 minutes after your event. If you need additional time to set up or tear down you will need to extend your booking times.

In order to offer you the best prices possible we ask that you leave the space as it was found. Please remove all items brought in (including refrigerator/freezer items), please bring all garbage (including bathrooms) & recyclables to the bins in the back alley. Load and run the dishwasher, wash any other used dishes.
If you choose not to clean, or the venue was left excessively dirty, your deposit will be used towards a cleaning service.

Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages, including alcohol, for your private event. All food and drinks must be provided only for your guests’ personal consumption.
Please note:
-No sales of alcohol or food are allowed on the premises unless you have the required licenses and prior written approval from us.-All alcohol must be served responsibly and only to guests 21+

We do not have staff onsite. However, we will monitor the cameras and be a phone call away should anyone need anything. You will have contactless entrance & a welcome book upon arrival.
